EH Smith are incredibly proud to have won ‘Best Customer Service’ at this years Builders’ Merchants News Awards.
The 15th annual awards ceremony was held at London’s Hilton Park Lane Hotel on 25th November, where key figures within the construction industry gathered to celebrate excellence across the sector.
EH Smith received this award due to the customer relationship and level of outstanding service that staff at EH Smith Leicester branch provided to customer David Wilson Homes.
Chris Atkinson, Leicester branch General Manager, collected the award on the night and commented, “We are hugely proud to have won this award. It is a long standing relationship that has been built on hard work, communication and understanding. As a company we put a tremendous amount of effort into our customer relations and putting the customer first and this award is a tribute to the commitment of the whole team.”
