Q. Are EH Smith branches open for COLLECTIONS?
A. No, we closed our counter and collection services on the 24th March. Our branches will remain
closed until we receive further guidelines from the Government. This includes our Kitchen &
Bathroom showroom in Shirley.
Q. Do you know when EH Smith branches will be open again?
A. At this stage we do not have a scheduled ‘re-opening’ date, you can keep up to date with our
latest news on our website – ehsmith.co.uk – or any of our social media platforms.
Q. Can I place an order for DELIVERY now?
A. We are currently only facilitating orders for delivery of essential, urgent or partially completed
trade enquiries from four of our larger branches, prioritising existing customers. We cannot
guarantee we will be able to help, but we will try where we can. All other orders will be scheduled
for when we are fully operational.
Q. I have an urgent order, who do I contact?
A. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements, delivery postcode and account details.
Your enquiry will be sent to the nearest branch facilitating urgent deliveries and they will advise if
we are able to help.

A. Yes, we are working with our key suppliers (who are still operating) to facilitate direct-to-site
